Guardsman Plumbers was founded by Joe Murray in 2018.
After completing military service in the Irish Guards, Joe returned to the plumbing and heating trade.
The work ethic of the company is based on the military pillars of punctuality, cleanliness, high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Our engineers are all Gas Safe Registered, DBS checked and registered to work on unvented heating systems.

We’ve used Guardsman plumbing for a variety of jobs from gas safety certs to dishwasher installs to tap fittings. None have been straight forward jobs due to various quirks to our property. But they have handled the jobs with no issues. They have been able to respond quickly to requests. They’re our go to plumbers as a result.

Joe came out promptly and in the circumstances (rats!) I was so, so grateful. The gadget to be fitted down the manhole was not locally available, so he ordered it, brought it around and fitted it the next day. The result? No more rats!! Very reasonably priced job, and Joe really went out of his way to be helpful. Friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!
Joe was super helpful when we discovered a leaking radiator - was very responsive and came round at a time that worked for us in the evening when home from work. Joe was very friendly and explained what had happened, would highly recommend to anyone in the area! He was also happy to help us with a couple of other issues!
